Aisha provides AI-powered WhatsApp automation for healthcare clinics, including:
- Automated patient responses
- 40+ Language support
- Appointment booking
- Sync with calendars
- After-hours handling
- Analytics & reporting
Eligibility
Account & Registration
You're responsible for maintaining account security and providing accurate information. We reserve the right to refuse service to illegal entities or competitors.
Fees and Payment
Pricing
Setup and subscription fees are determined based on your specific requirements and volume. Please refer to your Service Agreement or contact our sales team for detailed pricing information.
Billing
Monthly in advance. Due within 5 days. Late fees apply after 10 days.
Satisfaction Guarantee
•7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Full refund if you are not happy within the first week.
•Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription with a 30-day notice.
Service Availability
We guarantee 99.5% uptime per month. Downtime credits apply if we fall below this threshold. We are not liable for WhatsApp platform outages or third-party connectivity issues.
Intellectual Property
Our IP
AI models, algorithms, code, documentation, and Aisha branding remain our exclusive property.
Your IP
Your patient data, clinic information, and individual branding remain your exclusive property.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as-is". Aisha is not liable for medical malpractice, lost revenue, or patient complaints.
Termination
You can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of terms or non-payment.
